Sylvie was born in Princeton in the United States to French parents. An engineer by trade, she associated her passion for perfumes and her strong sense of innovation to imagine EX NIHILO's Osmologue. Always attracted by advanced technologies, Sylvie especially likes the strength and endless possibilities that biotechnology captives bring to fragrances.

Olivier was born in Stockholm, to a Swedish mother and a French father. This double heritage was enriched by his nomadic life in footsteps of a diplomat father. An aesthete and a collector, he admits to a passion for contemporary photography. Olivier feels very strongly about French Haute Parfumerie and particularly treasures natural raw materials from all over the world.

Benoît was born in perfume country, Provence. With his great fondness for contemporary art, 80’s design and craftmanship in general, he particularly appreciates the creative process with the talented personalities involved in the creation of perfumes. Benoît loves creative clashes in all their forms and enjoys giving a special “twist” to each EX NIHILO fragrance creation.
